Disclosure occurs only when required by law or with your written consent. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates.

Scope of Services
Lossen Bros Co. Inc. provides professional hauling, grading, excavation, demolition, and construction services. All work is performed under the terms outlined in your signed estimate or proposal. Changes to scope, materials, or pricing require written approval.
Estimates, Payment, and Invoicing
- Estimates are valid for 30 days.
- Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed.
- Late balances may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
- Deposits may be required for certain projects.
- Services may be paused or terminated for nonpayment.
Site Access and Safety
Clients must ensure safe and unobstructed site access for equipment and crews, and disclose known hazards or underground utilities before work begins. Lossen Bros Co. Inc. follows OSHA, TCEQ, and local safety standards.
Liability and Warranties
We guarantee all work will meet professional construction standards. Except as stated in writing, no additional warranties—express or implied—are provided.
Lossen Bros Co. Inc. is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages.
- Delays due to weather, supply issues, or events beyond our control.
- Third-party negligence or undisclosed site conditions.
Termination and Disputes
Either party may terminate services with written notice if the other party fails to meet contractual obligations. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed to date.
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and resolved through arbitration in Williamson County, TX.
